Forest Dale Bungalow

The Forest Dale Bungalow is situated 155km from Colombo in the hamlet of Labookelle, deep in the central highlands close to Nuwara Eliya. The drive from Colombo would be about 4 1/2 hours.

The four-bedroom bungalow offers comfortable, clean accommodation and striking views of rolling hills and tea estates. Rooms can be booked individually or the entire property can be booked for a group (maximum of 8 adults and 2 children). Possible activities in the area include tea estate walks, hiking in national parks, golf in Nuwara Eliya, and tea centre visits. Traditional Sri Lankan and western meals are prepared by the resident cook.

Accommodation
Forest Dale has 4 double rooms (plus the ability to convert 2 rooms into triples if necessary). The bungalow accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. There are attached bathrooms with hot water. There is a common sitting room that includes a TV and also a pool table. Laundry services are also offered. There are barbeque facilities and separate driver quarters.
