Location: Direct on the beautiful beach of Negombo, 40 km north of Colombo and 8 km from the international airport.

Accommodation: 72 simply furnished rooms with single or double beds, ceiling fan, telephone. Attached bath rooms with shower or w.c., balcony or terrace orientated to the sea or overlooking the swimming pool. Mosquito net (on request).

Facilities: Restaurant, lounge, cozy bar, TV corner, and small boutique.

Sports & Leisure: Swimming pool with pool bar and sun deck with deck chairs and sun- shades. Table tennis, volleyball, darts. Tennis, squash as well as water sports at the sister hotel Blue Oceanic (with transfers). Occasional evening entertainment.

All-inclusive: Full board (buffets), unlimited local alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages from 11 am till midnight. Afternoon tea and snacks. Free sports: table tennis, volleyball, darts, squash and tennis.
