Day 1

HANOI – ARRIVAL

Arrive at Hanoi/Noi Bai Airport at 09:35 hrs. Meeting with your tour guide and transfer to the centre of Hanoi (hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is not included)

Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, transfer to the hotel to check in.

Assemble at the hotel lobby at around 15:00 hrs. For a half-day city tour. Thereafter proceed on an overall tour of the capital by a “Green Car” visit which will start around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, stop at Ngoc Son Temple located on the Hoan Kiem Lake (the “Sword” Lake), and at Quan Thanh Taoist Temple. In the evening enjoy a unique and fascinating show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Accommodation at hotel.

Day 2

HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

Day 2 In case you desire to see how people of Hanoi rise and shine in the morning, wake up early and run to a lake close to your hotel, you can join an exciting scene of hundreds of locals, passionately attending to their morning exercises of Tai Chi Quan, jogging, martial arts, classical dance and so on. 

Breakfast will be served at 6:30 hrs.7:30 hrs.

Pick up at the hotel lobby for a 4-hour seat-in-coach transfer without tour guide to Halong City. The journey will take you through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta with typical scene of Vietnamese countryside. Arrive in Halong city at noontime. Embark on a Boat at the Bai Chay tourist pier. Enjoy welcome drink and cruise briefing before checking your cabins. Annam Junk sets sails to explore Halong bay. Lunch with fresh seafood will be served onboard. Today you will follow one of the most wonderful routes that few cruises travel passing by Dinh Huong Island, Duck Island, Dog Island and Sail Island followed by a visit to the Pearl Halong bay village. Your next stop will be at Titop Island. You may want to climb up to the observatory for nice view and photos of Halong Bay form above or enjoy swimming if the weather permits. 01 hour complementary kayaking is available at 17:00 -18:00. Private kayak rental is available if you do not want to queue or you can attend cooking class on Annam junk or relax and watch the sun set over the bay. Annam Junk will moor for the night at “Hang Lac” anchorage site. Seafood dinner will be served onboard You will have leisure time after dinner for a movie entertainment in the dining room or joining the crew in squid fishing before retiring to your cabin

Day 3

HALONG BAY – HANOI

07:00 hrs - Wake up to the fresh air and tranquility of the bay. Vietnam’s famous “Trung Nguyen” espresso and tea will be available with cakes. Early risers will enjoy the sunrise, some more swimming in the emerald water of the bay if the weather permits. 08:00 hrs - Transfer by tender to visit the “Cave of Surprise” one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Walk up the 100 steps to the entrance of the cave and explore the surprises awaiting you ahead.On the way back to Halong City, admire the works of nature as you pass by the Ga Choi Island (fighting roosters), Cho Da (Dog Island), Sail Island, Binh Phong Mountain, Man’s Head Island and Tortoise Island. Check out and enjoy brunch while cruising back to the pier. 11:45 hrs. Disembark at Bai Chay tourist pier and have seat-in-coach transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi around 16:30 hrs, drop off at your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4

HANOI – HO CHI MINH CITY

Breakfast will be served from 6:00 hrs onwards. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the Hanoi Airport accompanied by your tour guide for the morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Expected flight ETD at 10:00 hrs.) Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport at around 12:00 hrs. Meeting with your tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Room may not be ready at time of arrival (hotel standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs; early check-in is not included). Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.After lunch, start the city tour at the Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975. The grand building today is a Museum and Hall of official receptions. Near the Palace are the colonial-styled Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 and 1883 and one of the city’s Major landmarks and visit the bustling Ben Thanh market.

Transfer back to your hotel at around 18:00 hrs for a short refreshment before dinner.

At 19:00 hrs your guide will pick you up from the hotel for dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5

HO CHI MINH CITY– MY THO – HO CHI MINH CITY

Breakfast will be served from 6:30 hrs onwards.

After breakfast, pick up at the hotel lobby for a full day tour to the Mekong Delta. Your journey takes you to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong delta - famous for its vast rice fields and beautiful landscapes. Visit the Vinh Trang pagoda en route and stop at the banks of Tien Giang river. Take a boat trip on the Mekong River to a local workshop where handicraft and sweets from coconut are being produced. Take a short ride on a horse carriage to one of the many orchards to taste some homemade honey-tea, savour fresh seasonal fruits and enjoy a traditional live music performance. Proceed by sampan boats through the small canals and side arms of the river to observe the daily life along the river banks. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant
before driving back Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6

HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNEL – HO CHI MINH CITY

Breakfast will be served from 6:30 hrs onwards.

After Breakfast, drive overland to Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese guerrillas to protect the region against the
American attacks during the Vietnam War. We can even crawl a part inside the tunnel, visit their infirmary, kitchen.... to discover how people had survived hereby.
Lunch at local restaurant and back to Saigon later afternoon. Afternoon will be your free time for relaxing and shopping at dozen of boutique
shops in Saigon, the biggest commercial centre of Vietnam.

Pick up at the hotel lobby at 19:00 hrs for dinner at local Indian restaurant.

Day 7

Breakfast will be at 06:30 hrs. After breakfast transfer to Ho Chi Minh City/Tan Son Nhat international airport for your flight to the next destination.
