Our team of chauffeurs follow a strict driver’s code to ensure your safety and ensure your journey is smooth and hassle-free

Passenger Safety

  • Responsible driving while adhering to speed limits.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are regularly serviced with attention to details like the legality of tyres.
  • Daily vehicle checks.
  • Seatbelts are to be fitted in each vehicle (jeeps are an exception).
  • Itineraries involving excessive driving will be avoided.
  • Honking only when necessary.
  • No alcohol consumption during work hours.
  • Rest stops.
  • Only essential calls are to be taken and answered (not while driving).
  • Have basic first-aid knowledge and carry a first-aid kit.

Tips and gifts

  • Tipping your chauffeur or small gifts of appreciation for their service is allowed and encouraged..
  • Drivers are not under any circumstances permitted to request gifts or tips for their services.

Itineraries and flexibility

  • Arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled time for departure is mandatory unless in the case of unavoidable instances like road accidents.
  • Chauffeurs are to be well-groomed at all times.
  • Mobile number to be provided when possible.
  • Suitable times for each day’s itinerary are to be discussed with the client.
  • Practice flexibility when it comes to requests for slight changes in the route and arrival times (this will include an additional cost to be paid directly to the driver).
  • Clients are free to request excursions and this can be incorporated into your itinerary if it fits into the schedule and poses no threat to safety only.

Additional support

  • Chaueffers may act as the middleman between the company and the client when faced with issues.
  • Provide direct advice for minor issues.
  • Assist in hotel check-in and check-out.
  • Keep the company informed of new hotels or changes to hotels on our list.

Relationship with passengers

  • Clients are welcome to give feedback about the driver’s service.
  • Chauffeurs are to offer general advice when necessary.
  • Passenger concerns about driving speed should be respected.
  • Mutual respect and politeness must be practised by both parties.
